Help. I still need to eat at least 1000 more calories today. The only meals I have left is PM snack, post-workout muscle milk, and dinner.

I'm going for a run/walk for an hour at 5:30 and that is going to burn between 500-700 kcals depending on FS, my HR monitor, and my CardioTrainer app.
