Day two. I feel like I slept well last night and can already feel the withdrawal from the sugar and caffeine. I don't feel like I am struggling, which is good.
I am excited to see this journey as it goes on.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a diet program created by Dr. Ian K. Smith. It's a three week cycle of structured meals and exercise. I have done it in the past and have had great success.
