do you weigh in daily on here or do you weigh in weekly?

Weigh yourself once a week not daily! Water retention levels fluctuate everyday or if you have eaten a meal or are just bloated one day and not the other. I suggest weighing only once a week one the same day and time frame, like every Monday morning, which I do.

I weigh in daily, only because my weight fluctuates a lot. How about you?

It depends on you. If you're regulat (ahem) then weekly is fine. If you're irregular, you should do it daily and just accept the lowest weight over the week. Incidentally, studies have shown that once weight loss has bee accomplish, those who weigh themselves daily have a far greater success in keeping the weight off.
