I still haven't pooped since the huge buffe lunch on Wednesday. When I do, I'll probably be back down to 171 or so.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet. From your diary today, you are not getting very much. If you eat too much protein and don't get enough fiber, you can get constipated. Also, drink plenty of water. That's not a fun problem.

Suzi161, you are right on. Thanks for the comment. I have been having trouble in that area. This morning, I ate Fiber One cereal which I love -- it's more like a treat. I'll eat that every other morning or so and eat more fruit too.
