Small, disappointing poop yesterday. Hoping for better show today.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! We've all been there.. I have and I'm not ashamed to say.. I dunno if you know this.. But if you're gunna take in more fiber.. drink lots of water.. I learned tht the hard way.. I had a BAD week of weight gain b/c I was "stopped up" so 2 say..
