Well, last weekend was all bad, We had a death in close in the family so we had to be a part of a memorial on Tuesday and help set it up. So we stayed at Johnathon's brother's house. And she had so much food and snacks and soda that I couldn't resist. And also at the get together afterwords I made some bad choices with the sweets. but I'm going to cut myself some slack because of what happened.
So today is now wed. so time to get counting and exercising and walk to get back on track. There is 2 more weeks in the first half of the biggest loser contest with my mom. so got to make them count and hopefully still hit my goal this week. Which means 2lbs a week. Donno if I can do that. But i'm gonna try.
