Well, this wasn't a surprise to me. You can't eat lot's of food and not be active and not gain weight. I am however not worried about it and am making the corrections and getting back into my routine. I missed my routine more than I realized. Also haven't been too regular in the bathroom and I am hoping that getting back into the routine will help that also.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am hoping to be back on routine tonight or tomorrow. Between being busy and then kids and I getting sick a week went by. I am sure we will both feel better
