surprisingly lost .5lb and i had 2 glasses of red wine last night...mind you my caloric intake and NET carbs remained below 25grams and I think I drank a full keg of water yesterday.
Any loss is welcome at this stage!!!!
155.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go!!! My weight stayed the same. Hope to start losing some by next week. Still trying to get over this head cold.

All I can say is, Que Syrah Syrah! :) love red wine. Good going. I just moved and still unpacking so staying on track has been hard for me but I moved right across the street from Huntington Beach and it will be easy to get fit pretty soon. Keep going!

Don't know anything about the date - I'm just a new buddy, but I DO know about wine LOL. I had a little extra last night and still dropped a pound. Good for US! Have a great day!

WOOHOOO, thats awesome Lynn!! Im pmsing so i was up .4 of a lb...trying not to sweat it!!! However, I did get my brand new treadmill up and running - just did my first run on it...LOVVVVVEEEEE IT. So great for when I am too lazy to go to the gym or its -36 celcius outside ..brrrrrrr.
