Feeling pretty good today. Have not gained anything, but have not lost either, but feel good! Went to the gym yesterday, then played volleyball after work, so got in a great work out. Eating well..trying to get in more protein. I am planning on either walking or going to the gym again today at lunch then have a softball game after work, so good exercise again today! I think I am back on track and I am hoping (fingers crossed) that I do good and reach my goal! I am also working on toning again...lifting, but not much, I don't want to bulk up just want to tone! Thanks for all the confidence you have sent to me!!!
