3 more pounds until I get to my goal weight. Hopefully my stomach will be down more by then. This stubborn belly fat is so frustrating. It's the last fat my body is holding on to, everything else is skinny.
128.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, my belly fat is hanging on, too. I also have some lingering back fat I'd like to reduce but can't quite figure out what home exercise to do for that. Nice job!

sometimes I wonder if it's true about insulin resistance you see the advertisement on TV all the time so I don't take supplements unless it's through my doctor cuz my tummy is not small
