- Weighted myself 3 times to make sure I lost 4.2 pounds in a day! Holy crap!Yhis is my 2nd day taking scrip diet pill. No side effects so far. I have no urge to munch or eat much either. Have to check myself to make sure I am taking vit's and alot of water since I am running.
- Evening run. 5.0 run Reverse Metro loop, 53: 21:41 - 10:64 a mile. Legs felt good and I felt good. Hate all the puddles left by the snow. My shoes and sox were soaked.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
