- Evening run: Reverse Metro loop 5 miles, 52:37 - 10:47 mile. Extremely winding and cold. Legs felt sluggish to begin with, but awesome run.

- Weighted myself 3 times to make sure I lost 4.2 pounds in a day! Holy crap!Yhis is my 2nd day taking scrip diet pill. No side effects so far. I have no urge to munch or eat much either. Have to check myself to make sure I am taking vit's and alot of water since I am running.
- Evening run. 5.0 run Reverse Metro loop, 53: 21:41 - 10:64 a mile. Legs felt good and I felt good. Hate all the puddles left by the snow. My shoes and sox were soaked.

- Started Scrip. diet pill . Took this morning and no side effects so far. After I took pill I had no urge to eat or munch. Had to make myself some soup for dinner so I could take other pills.
- Afternoon run: Metro loop 5 mile jog. Easy pace, Nice run.

- Morning Run: Metro loop - 5 miles, 55 minutes. Nice run
- Evening run. Center street/downtown loop 5 miles. slow run. But felt greatto get second run in.
- Started taking phentermine.
