Good Morning. A great weigh-in this Morning - I now weigh 173.6 lbs down from my beginning weight on September 28, 2013 of 205.6 lbs. I am in Ahhh of how well the Intermittent Fasting is working. Yesterday was my 2nd full week of using the I.F. The weather here is finally calming down!! No RAIN is in the forecast for the next 7 days -YEH!!! I need to go shopping for my sister's B/D gift later this Morning, she will be 65 on Wednesday.
