Well a 2 lb loss is good considering I am in induction and have gone over my 20g of carbs almost everyday. I have to do a better job of identifying which food items are taking me over the 20g top. So far it's onions and mayo...my weaknesses. I'm still going to stick to it and make this work!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it sounds like you're doing great! stop putting yourself down. this diet is very difficult at first, and it gets easier as you go. it's hard giving up what we ate on a normal basis, isn't it? keep it up; you must be doing something right!!! steph
