I'm loving my breakfast. It smells good, looks good and tastes great. I need to work on a little variety throughout the day though. Got tempted a bit last night. My daughter made a pan of frosted brownies. I started thinking about eating one (I'm a choc-o-holic). Then, I lamented all of the things I couldn't have. No bread, no beer, no chips. After a few minutes of obsessing over this crap, I cooked a sausage, ate it and focused on the positives. I read a few chapters of Atkins and got my mind back on track. Didn't give in to temptation.
