Two binges of over 3000 calories this week.
Exercised 7 times.
Fasted 1 day.
Well, I guess a small loss is better than none and miles better than a gain...
ITS JUST SO DAMN FRUSTRATING THAT I CANNOT LOSE MORE THAN 3 QUARTERS OF A POUND IN 1 WEEK!!!!!
124.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might have better luck eating 1000-1200 calories each day. You can fit in a variety of healthful foods and maybe one small cheat each day to help ward off the binges. You don't have a lot to lose, so it may come off more slowly. Good luck!
