I worked from about 22:00pm til 09:00am and didn't get home til 12:00 noon.
I had a raging hunger around 1am. I did everything I could to avoid a binge as my weigh-in is coming up on friday but I failed. This hunger totally took control. It was stronger than any craving I have ever had so I gave in after fighting it for about 1 hour. I binged.
For about 2 hours. There is no way in hell I am posting what I ate during this binge in my food journal. Partly because I can't even remember.
I'm not eating today to make up for it. I'm not even hungry. If I do find I need anything, I'll have some fruit. But nothing else.
Wow that really pissed me off.

do you bring food with you to help ward off hunger while you work. If you can, get a cooler and pack it with foods you can snack on that you enjoy. So you don't become starved and want to binge.

Hey thanks for reading my drivelling on haha! Yeah I ALWAYS bring my own food to work. I always bring fruit and veggies and some ryvita crackers with either lean ham or weight watchres tuna and lettuce. So I have no excuse really other than 'I am a pig'... But the thing is once something inside me snaps and I get into my head I am going to binge, nothing can save me. Even when I've eaten all the food I've brought, I've then gone on to binging afterwards. I'm hopeless heehehehehee!!!
