Finally!

So happy to see the scale this morning. Just the boost I needed.

Last night was hard as far as not eating goes. I went to my exercise class and brought weights and the biggest loser dvd and dancing with the stars dvd. We started with the biggest loser. The ladies didnt do half of it. They stood there and walked in place. They didnt even wait for the cool down to turn it off and pop in walk away the pounds.

Listen, I love walk away the pounds and think its great but for almost 5 yrs they have been doing that every tuesday. They arent losing weight which they say they dont mind but they absolutely do not want to work. Two new people were in the class and they talked the whole time to one another and at the end said itll just be walking from now on right. Geeze! Guess thats what I get for going to an free exercise class at a church where they are all about 60yrs old! Oh well. I did it, I sweat and I lost 2 pounds. I dont care if they lose I just wish they werent so against new things. And if they are not happy maybe they could keep their mouth shut. Complaining is like vomit when you do it you feel better but everyone around you feels worse. I heard that somewhere and love it. Its so true.

Anyways. Today I am thankful for

1 a loving husband who stayed home from work to care for sick kids while I took one to the doctors.

2 the scale finally proving that I am on the right track

3 family and friends willing to help out with the kids.
