back down 100 grams. So relieved that it wasn't up even more! Another night of broken sleep, thinking it might just be from stress that we are not sleeping well. Not a lot we can do about it really LOL. An new mattress that doesn't move so much would be nice......

I changed nothing with my food so it will be interesting to see where my weight goes from here.

Good job on the drop Squiggs! I'm sorry you're not sleeping regularly because of the quakes.

I'm sure it was stress. I really wish the ground would stop moving under you for a while. I know that if you were under so much stress your weight loss would move rather rapidly. You just hang in there. You are doing a fantastic job sticking to you WOE through all this. You are one stong chickie. Hang in there hon and try to get in a nap and wishing you one heck of a WHOOSH. :)HUGS:)

Good job on the loss Squiggs...not sure a new mattress would help...the ground moving would be enough to unnerve anyone, and from what you write it seems like it happens quite often....stay focused, you are making great progress.
