Earlier this week I hit a new low of 165.2. Hopefully this coming week I'll finally see that elusive 4, as in 164. I actually thought I'd hit it today, but my scale was just messing with my head. >:(
I also started 3 blogs this week. When I do something I go all out LOL

www.smallerthanaverage.blogspot.com I write here every week, why not make it public? This is all about my weight loss journey.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
