Just keeping track and doing the right things. :) Food was really good yesterday. Didn't start the lemon water experiment yet, need to get to the store still. Still bottoming out for energy about 4/430 so not sure what that's about but need to start pushing through it. Feel like going to bed by 5pm and I'm NOT THAT OLD. Get it together! ;)

Made some chicken broth yesterday so may add that in and then pull the thigh meat and freeze it for later. Use the bones for more broth. Nothing extra in it so should be 0 carb (just chicken and water in the pot) and a freebie. Keep me warm :)

Busy-ish day today at work and an extra project. Need to keep the energy and focus up. Experiment in energy creation I guess :) Have a great day buddies. But first, coffee...
