Tired this morning, didn't sleep very early even though I was tired. Body wouldn't quiet down. So far I feel pretty good, just sleepy. I'll try to push thru and not nap today then go to bed early. Maybe push out for a walk today depending on how I feel.

Today we have a plan: food prepped, coffee purchased and a goal of accomplishments to work on. Start of the 2nd week at work and expecting good things. Hoping tomorrow for a nice big drop. Made fat bombs last night but probably need to be choosy with them. Tasted pretty good though, like cheesecake. 1.3 net carbs each (used up the cheap cream cheese) but next round with Philly will be .66 net carbs.

Look for your wins today. They may be small and hiding but they're there. Have a great day buddies! But first, coffee...
