I think I must've been holding fluid because of my period, cause I managed to lose a whole pound between yesterday and today!!!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great "notjune", I NEED all the excuses i can get! Thanks for permission! My RNG (RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR = Scale) fights me ALL the time! I NEED A LOT of "excuses"... :-/

Possible excuses for weight gain/no loss: My shoes weigh alot. I put alot of hairspray in my hair. I am swollen from a mosquito bite/ant bite/bee sting/zit. I am wearing my glasses. I just ate. I just drank a gallon of water. I am wearing heavy clothes. I forgot to take off my jewelry. I can come up with more if you need 'em :D

Nope. I dont make them...but I've heard them ALL. Mostly from one friend of mine. lol
