Awesome week last week but the weekend and this week did me in. :-( Amazed I didn't end up in the red. Here goes another weekend - let's see if I can do better with the weekend eating.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
