Ate on point for the wedding and over the weekend but the cobb salad had a lot of salt so I went up for a day and then coasting back down (ended up as 4 meals from 1 cobb salad. it was HUGE). Granddaughter finally home from hospital but mom still in hers. They're looking at transferring her to a step-down hospital/rehab to allow her more time to get off the hi-flow oxygen back onto her normal o2. I was able to spend the day with her Saturday and my SIL is there with her today, tracking down docs to get more info and clarification. It's like pulling teeth with a couple of them and her pulmonary doc hasn't been in for days, no idea why but we're not loving it.

This week is off in between jobs so I'm going to be intentional or it will slip away. Happens a lot on the weekend, I get caught up in "one more" or a nap and I don't actually DO anything. I have a list today to get through so I can play the rest of the week. Went down a rabbit hole in videos yesterday on scleroderma and also personal finance (always a favorite). Got a lot of info but not a lot actually done.

Need to focus on drinking more fluid today. I'm still feeling dry (lips and such) but not sure if that's just the weather and/or I'm "down a quart" for fluid. Either way, fluids are good and stave off the munchies so will focus on it. Still have another coffee to go for my daily allowance so I will enjoy that before I switch over.

Have a good day buddies. But first, coffee...
