This seems to be steady progress.
257.4 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 89.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing fantastic! .4 more pounds and you hit 80 pounds lost!!! Wow! Congratulations.

Thanks! It's encouraging, and now I've passed 80 pounds since the end of June (when I switched from my own diet to Calorie Count). It's a long road, but I feel that I'm getting there. My trainer accused me of being "slim" the other day, which was flattering. I see my physician on Tuesday, and I'm interested in what she'll have to say. At my top weight, I was brushing 400 lbs, so I've come down quite a bit even though I still have a way to go. It's the last 6½ stone that are the toughest, but I'm determined to make it all the way to the end.
