A nice step forward. I'm not losing as much as I should (I think), but every ounce counts. There's still a long way to go, but I do feel I'm getting somewhere.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 80.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
