Started running again. Its really the only thing that kicks starts my metabolism into high gear. Ive logged 53 miles in 16 days. shooting for a 100 mile month!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
