42 in waist. weighed in at the gym after workout, sauna and shower. feel a little down. all the exercise - what's the point? but i didn't stop exercizing.

Don't stop exercising. It gives you so many benefits. It will help you firm up, keep your heart healthy, help you get in to smaller sizes, relieve stress. Studies show that people who exercise are more likely to keep their weight off when they get to goal. It takes time to see results. You are doing great.
