Skipped right over 191 :) Love when that happens, even though it doesn't happen often. Got myself out for a little walk yesterday (rough day) for 25 minutes but brain brought the day into my sleep, weird dreams all night. We'll see how today goes. Expecting a little of the same but would be super pumped if I didn't. Feeling a little like I did at the beginning of this job.

I've heard if you don't become attached to an outcome it's better but I'm not sure how to do that. Worry about today was rolling through my head at bedtime and I had to literally tell myself to stop it, let it go. Apparently my brain just got sneakier lol.

Anyway. Today will be gotten through and I'll look for the good things, deal with the rest. But first, my 2nd coffee...have a good day buddies.
