Yesterday went well, made ham/bean soup and didn't eat it lol. Made it for canning and the boy but it sure did smell good. Food was on point but worked late and didn't go walking.

Today has already started out at a run and now my phone is misbehaving. I may need more coffee for this. Jim Rohn said "don't wish it was easier, wish you were better." Ok, I DO wish I was better but I wish you didn't have to go through crap to get to the point where you're better lol.

Plan for today - run the day instead of the day running me. Make a plan, make it flexible and keep on going. And remember it's work, it doesn't define me. I'm finding I'm taking that on lately. I'm as good as what I accomplish, which I logically know isn't true. Working on keeping it in mind.
