Not super-surprising. More carbs and then travel always pops it up. But back home, having bone broth so far today, I'm cold and busy with trying to catch up after being out from work (yay!). Added some salt and italian seasoning to the broth and it feels like soup. The fact I can "eat" while I'm working without much thought is a plus.

Next goal is 190 by 1/1. Not sure if I'll get it but aiming high. I also gave away the chocolate covered oreos to the kids so they aren't staring at me. That will help. Brain is engaged, we'll see what we can get done.
