Katsolo's Journal, 03 December 2020

I'm actually okay with this. Did another long and fast walk last night, trying to help my feet remember how to wear some doc marten boots of the past and saying that I'm trying to break them in isn't accurate. They're trying to break me in. It's all good though. I'm cycling through my closet and going to get rid of more office clothes and shoes and these were pushed towards the back. I'm wearing some older pants this morning and I had to get a belt, so it's all good.

One of my favorite houses in the hood. During the summer, they play a crazy variety of turntable music while they sit on the front porch and watch people passing by. Anything from Jellybean Morton to Jimi Hendrix to GNR, it's pretty cool. There's another house that's been playing live bluegrass on the weekends since the pandemic started, they put up their lights so I will try and capture that one while they're playing out on the porch because it's cool.

Onwards!

thanks, Kenna. those older Doc Martens are the absolute best. once I started wearing mine again, I realized I like them as much as my trail shoes for walking around the neighborhood.
