Only reason I can think of is the turkey skin last night while I was cooking but really, bodies don't need a reason lol. Just a blip. Would expect a drop back down tomorrow. Big lunch today with the family but already have my food planned out and will again focus on people instead of food like Thanksgiving. And no desserts planned today. Just eat til full and have a soda during dessert time. Coffee then finish the last minute stuff this morning and head over to my son's. If I'm lucky, I should be home with a nap by 3 or 4pm today. :)
