Wow... I felt kind of weak and crappy the first couple of days, but now I'm nearly back to normal energy levels. All in all detox wasn't much fun, but I have discovered some really good foods that I hadn't known about before. I'm still not a fan of chick peas after all was said and done, and I suspect that won't be changing soon (hehe). I will be posting a recipe that helped get me through phase one, and I expect the rest of the program as well!
