Wow... I felt kind of weak and crappy the first couple of days, but now I'm nearly back to normal energy levels. All in all detox wasn't much fun, but I have discovered some really good foods that I hadn't known about before. I'm still not a fan of chick peas after all was said and done, and I suspect that won't be changing soon (hehe). I will be posting a recipe that helped get me through phase one, and I expect the rest of the program as well!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm glad to hear the energy levels come back. I'm looking forward to not walking around like a zombie!

Hey I am in the same phase and thought that I was crazy!!! They do not tell you in the book that you will feel weak. I am also working out very hard but hey lost 5 pounds. That is not to bad.
