Holy Cow!!!! I lost 2.4 lbs! WOW! I should have known that I lost some weight since I started the diet. The bottom hem of the tank top that I sleep in is actually comfy around my hips. I'm super happy. I even have my hubby following the diet. He gets bigger portions though because of his daily calorie limit. He's lost about 5 or so lbs. He works at the county jail and they're not allowed to take food in because it's considered contraband and the food they serve there is super spicy and/or super greasy. He's thrilled that I'm cooking for us. He's had the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich from The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook for the past two mornings. I'm so happy for him. I guess he just needed that little push to get going.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2.4 Pounds...CONGRATULATIONS!!! Keep it up. That is good you and your husband can do this together. My husband thankfully is at a good weight for him. He actually fits his BMI, maybe on the high side but still within an ideal level. I end up cooking two meals, his and the boys, and then mine each night. Not that bad since for 2 years I had to do this for my oldest son, just wish I had thought to do it for myself years ago too. Then I wouldn't be here now except for helping me maintain a loss, not lose. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

I had to cook two meals tonight. I fried the boys some Haddock (my favorite) So they had fish and chips. Me, I will be having some black beans. I love those too. But I would have really loved to sit down and eat a whole piece of that fish. I say whole because I did take one bite. It was so good. I was pleased with myslef that I only took one bite. cooking two meals is the only thing I don't like about dieting. In the end when I get this weight off it will be worth it. Congrats on your weight loss. It is so great that you and your husband are doing this together. That makes it easier. Good Luck with your weight loss.
