I absolutely love this show! I like how she stays with the family for a week. I'd love her to train me, but she would have me in tears in a matter of minutes.

Secret to Success
I can't choose just one thing that has helped me. Here's my list:
1) Eating on a schedule. Same time every day.
2) Cutting out as much processed foods as possible.
3) Limiting dairy products to my cheat day.
4) If I crave something, I have it on my cheat day.

So far this month, I've lost 9 inches and 11.6 lbs.

No, I'm not a member of the Biggest Loser club site. It's just that one day that I had just started watching T.B.L, I was curious if the trainers had a site kind of like this one. Bob has one, but it's not as fun as this one (no disrespect to anyone from his site). Jillian also has one. You enter your height, weight, goal weight, age and gender and it comes up with your daily caloric intake and a meal plan. Say you don't like something that's on the menu, you can go through the recipe lists for that particular meal and change it to one that you like. You also input some info for exercise and depending on what you entered, it comes up with a workout routine for you. I just moved up to Lvl 2. I still have to do some of the Lvl 1 exercises though because the Lvl 2 ones are a bit too difficult for me to do. Sorry for the long response Sad

Well, the only problem is that you have to be a member of the site and there's a fee. Sorry Sad
It has been really helpful in my weight-loss journey though.
