Still in ketosis, think it may have been dinner. Had a wendy's taco salad with half the chili but it had beans and such. It was also later than normal for dinner. It'll pop back down tomorrow. Still made the October goal of a solid 205 or under.

Groceries today for sure. Not many options here and I need more salad stuff. Weird when you miss veggies...
