Katsolo's Journal, 17 October 2020

Walked last night, still hot when we went even thought it was dark, but effort was only moderate according to the watch. That's starting to annoy me. Going to have to look up why, if it's heart rate or other. There are places I just can't go at night and that's where the big hills are. My shirt was nasty after, so I know I put in effort. Supposed to only be mid-80s today. That's bearable. Plan on swimming mid-day and will walk the beasts at night. Feeling a waffle this morning, we'll see if I can remember to follow through on that. Or not. Could also go for an omelette. Made it through another week. Just going to have to do head down, pull through, don't screw up. Busy, tired, but happy overall. Would like to go out with friends soon, but the numbers are going up and they're talking about potential shut downs again. Anyways, on we go.

Might do it for dinner, got started doing stuff and forgot. Way it goes sometimes. Have a lovely weekend yourself, Liv.

You too, Chris. Do you remember the name of the place in LB? I used to have to spend a lot of time up there. Was it Polly's? Do you remember Nino's Italian? My grandparents were near Bixby Towers for awhile so I was there a lot getting them soup. Very Reservoir Dogs inside. It was all the same for so long until it just wasn't. Gone now. Locally, it seems my restauranteur friend is going to open up a larger location soon so he can maximize the number served while meeting distancing guidelines. I'm excited. Hmm, maybe I'll skip the waffle and go walk and get a croissant sammie for lunch. I'll make that a goal. Finish two chores, lunch out. Might be a late lunch.

The SP Fish Market place? That's a really cool place. Only been there a handful of times. Great location, cool building.

It's not the same, but I just pulled out a piece of salmon to defrost for dinner. Veggies TBD.

Kenna, I know that in my head, but I don't understand why it's suddenly changed. That said, all I can do is make sure I get the movement in.
