Have rarely weighed or counted calories in 2+ years! 2018 a year of multiple changes in my life and I’ve been slowly adjusting. I need to lose weight for health and clothing!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
