Happy Monday! Coffee in hand, plan for the day forming...pants shopping and lunch with my daughter, FINALLY grocery shopping and meal prep, a walk to stretch out my achilles tendons (apparently the heels yesterday aggravated that) and maybe a nap. Day 1 of interim "vacation" before new job next Monday.

I have a feeling this week is going to fly...
209.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
