I guess thyroid meds are slowly kicking in. Thank goodness. Weighing in a day early cause my husband and I have to leave tonight for KS and IA. No junk food on the truck and I remind myself that the truck stops are way to high. Hope every one has a good week

258.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb. Still to go: 78.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

If I ever get by I'm gonna want some of the fudge. We have had more rain in the south this year then we have had in 100 yrs in the summer they say.

All the rain went south of us. Since flooding earlier this summer we have not had any rain. Praying for the chance tonight. It is over 90 with high humidity here now. The heat index is over 100.
