newnormal's Journal, 08 October 2020

Went to dinner last night at Outback. Ribeye, broccoli and salad and split a dessert with a handsome guy. Today back to normal-er food again and more water. Still need to grocery shop for the basics but I have eggs and hamburger to last me through until I get to go.

Added my vitamin D yesterday (dr's order) so hopefully levels will be normal in Feb. This is the year we work on (and continue) getting and staying healthy.

212.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 67.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

He is a cutie for sure...Handsome as all get out and fun to be with. First time seeing him in about 3 years but I think we're gonna see what happens. Puts that goofy smile on my face every time lol.
