Still working on the weekend binges. It has become a stumbling block, as I relate it to five days of denial, and two days of celebration. Wrong I know, but as I have said in previous comments. It's all between the ears.[/b]

Hello lovely :) I myself am a compulsive overeater and had starving and binging phases. That's why I am here to try to lose weight slowly and healthily for a change and learn to love myself. Just remember if you ever need help or advice or just some support or someone to talk to send me a message :)Don't beat yourself if you slip because binges happen and you will fall of the wagon. Maybe you could try eating what you want on the weekend just count your calories? Anyways message me if you ever need someone to talk to you or a little pep talk :) You got this!! Take care of yourself beautiful :)

Weekends are hard. You just have to learn to change your behaviors. It might take time. I am slowly starting to get better. Sundays are pretty easy because it's just a relaxing day. Focus on which day is the most difficult. Do you go out Friday or Saturday? If you do both, then pick one night to plan out your night and stick with it. Plan out how many drinks you will have and what you will eat at the restaurant, and stick with it. When you do that, you feel in control and good the next day. It takes practice. We all usually have more time on the weekend, so be active. You can eat and drink more if you exercise more. Be strict during the week and ease up a little on the weekends. Even if you only lose a pound a week, you will still be doing great and enjoying yourself. It's about finding a balance.

Weekends are hard. I allow myself one binge meal per weekend plus one great breakfast. But I've become so fond of the breakfasts I make for myself that are "legal" on my plan, I don't go out anymore. I wish there was a magic formula for getting past ingrained bad behaviors -- but I supposed if there were such a thing, we'd all be thin already! Stay strong.
