So the scales didn't show anything different - but it did show me I maintained. So yeah! I am continuing forward on my 3rd day of portion controlled and planned meals. Nutrisystem stuff not in yet, but getting my mind back where it needs to be - structured!

cant always depends on the scales to show the whole story...sometimes the scales dont move, but you notice it other ways...the way the clothes fit...the way jewelry is loser on your arm or fingers...just gotta stick with the plan and stay focused on the end results...
