down 200 grams - it's a start!

Slept much better last night, only woke up once! Realised in the evening that I hadn't eaten enough for the day so had to have some chicken drumsticks before my usual bedtime eggs LOL. It was nice!

Today I am hoping to be motivated enough to do a workout on my wii (after I dust it off LOL). Looking at building up my puny muscles and doing shorter but harder workouts.

Yesterday I drank 7 glasses of water I think. Not as much as some but it was a LOT for me! Will try to drink as many, or better it today.

What am I thankful for this morning? For a much better nights sleep, that my hubby has a job, that it is another cooler day so we get a break from the early summer heat, that I am keeping the house tidier that before, and that I have all of you!! You all rock!

Squiggs, you are doing fabulous, and I am so happy for you that you are feeling better. Have a great day, and enjoy the break in the weather. Ours has finally turned to more winter like temps and there are a few flurries in the area! Now if it would just get serious!! lol

I so wish I could swap weather with you! I adore snow!! Make sure to take photos if it really does get serious. I love winter photos! Today is gorgeous and drizzly and overcast LOL. Perfect weather for staying inside. I have always liked the rain/drizzle. Trying to be more motivated around the house. Just after 7am and the dishes are done, the dishwasher is on, the mutton is defrosting on the bench ready to go into the crockpot. My bird is thankfully still asleep, we are guessing he is hormonal LOL.

Really glad to hear you are sleeping better! And I'm with you on the dusty Wii. :( My sinus infection is finally over enough that I *am* going to do some Wii this week. Being dizzy for two months put a real dent in my exercise ambitions. Let's be motivated together.

Way to go Squiggs. You have some very good things to be thankful for. I see one of them that I should use and that is to keep the house tidier.
