My weight has been all over the 160s lately as I've been lifting more, adding HIIT routines and eating more cals. The good news is that I do think I've added more muscle, especially in my legs. I'm concerned about adding fat though too so I'm using some calipers now to calculate fat %. Currently I'm at ~16.49% and 34.5" waist & 39" chest.
Kids just started school again, after a great but to short of a summer. Ryan is a senior, Kate is a freshman and Megan is in 6th. We got a great email from DJ yesterday. He's being transfered to the office to be the financial secretary - great opportunity! Said he could be there 6 months! He'll get to be a part of adding new areas, finding new apartments and furnishing them. He also gets to pick up the new missionaries from the airport, which means he'll get to see Gunner in ~6 weeks! Really exited for this chance he'll have to work closely with the president and APs!
