I've been working out fairly well, but my diet has been all over the place - especially when I've been on vacation. We've had some really nice family trips this summer - San Diego, the ranch three times (so far) and I just hiked Mt Baldy with Ryan, Clarke and Greg Stott. I just need to do much better on my diet. I think I've actually gained some extra muscle as well as I've focused on lifting more and eating more protien.

I bought some fat calipers, but haven't really done them yet. I hope to record my fat percentage as well as weight.

DJ just hit his 4 month mark yesterday and seems to be doing well. I just miss him a lot.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
