It seems I'm stuck around 162. Which is okay if the few pounds I've put on are muscle. I'm definitely stronger than I have been, but I need to check my fat % again. I've been lifting heavy free weights twice a week on top of running & P90X.

DJ is at 5.5 months and is serving as the financial secretary. Ryan is still seeing Riley and seems good. He's actually making progress towards his Eagle! Kate is in the top 6 on her Tennis team and Megan is doing well in volleyball and won student council. I just finished one of the busiest months ever and I'm happy it's over!

I'm considering a triathlon with Bob. We hiked Timp two weeks ago when I was up visiting my mom. I had a great time up there and my mom seems pretty good. If I'm serious about the triathlon, I need to get my swim on! I did bike 13.5 miles last Saturday. I need to get an exercise bike too.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 162.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
