I am down to 175 as of this morning! Jehosephat! This is great. I have lost 7 pounds. The scale didn't work for so long and now it's budged. I had to cut a lot of stuff out that I was eating carelessly. I got rid of hummus, ice cream and half and half. I was eating these things like every day. And not just one serving, either. I was probably eating like 6 servings of hummus, a couple or three servings of ice cream, and probably drinking like 200 calories worth of half and half every single day. No wonder I wasn't losing weight, just maintaining, and even gained a couple of pounds. I want to go so lower, I so do. Vigilance and dedication!
